  SCM Anti-interference Power
  SCM Anti-interference Power is the best measure to avoid vicinity electronic’ s interface。 It can make the system pass the examination of EMC。
  The first series product has four kinds:Usual Anti-interference Alternating Current Power; Minitype Anti-interference Alternating Current Power; Mightiness Anti-interference Alternating Current Power; Computer equipment Anti-interference Alternating Current Power. Its rating voltage(input/output) is 220Vac or 380 Vac ,and the power is 20W to 2KW。It has no press or worst cost but small。
 
Bus Static Power Switch
BSPS, Bus Static Power Switch, is a universal power electronic switch. Its control terminal can be connected with computer bus directly to form intelligent power drive, what needed is a signal of VDC, 5mA; power terminal can drive electrical equipment running automatically under 450VAC,with first-class reliability and durability .
1. Description
BSPS consists of two SCR connected in reverse parallel connection, their trigger circuit and its transient voltage protective circuit, as shown in figure 1. Its two power terminals “1”,“23” connect the load ZL with ac line . Its two control terminals “-”, “+”connect with computer (MCU, PLC, IPC) interface I/O and positive pole supply VCC, respectively, to form an intelligent running equipment.
Computer output a signal. The I/O interface is conduction to the negative pole supply VSS, VIO=VSS. When sufficient LED current (IF≥5mA) is supplied and the ac line voltage is below the inhibit voltage (5V), the IC drive latches “on”. This action introduces a gate current in the SCR triggering it from the blocking state into full conduction. A current flows through the load ZL. The SCR has gone through a zero current point. The load ZL is switched off when there is no signal from computer.

2. Feathers
·功率器件采用《长命晶闸管模块Thyristor Modules》:晶闸管管芯是玻璃饨化硅芯片模块底板是氮化铝DBC底板,散热很好,温升大为降低,获得UL认证。这种晶闸管模块能承受冷热循环次数number of cycles比标准(IEC TC47)提高10多倍,可靠性和耐用性世界一流,因此得名《长命晶闸管模块》。
·First-rate glass passivated chips provide good performance and stability. ALN DBC (Direct Bonding Copper) base plate provides good heat dissipation. Temperature can be reduced greatly. (The SCR Modules have been certified by UL.) The cycle times of heat and cold that the module can endure can be ten times than that the standard specified(IEC TC47). With its reliability and durability , our product get the name, “long-lived Thyristor Modules ”.
·The most advanced digital photoelectric trigger circuit is used, added with our own-patented technology, the control current needed is only 5mA and the power is only 0.025w. There is hardly any heat. Control terminals can be connected with any computer output interface. Connected with the bus, intelligent control is feasible, that is why our products are named as “Bus Static Power Switch.”
Zero Voltage Crossing trigger: BSPS is designed to ensure that control current can only trigger BSPS to make power terminals conduct at zero cross point of the ac voltage. At the other moments, BSPS cannot be triggered; any interference cannot bring about misoperation. BSPS turns off automatically when the sine wave current is passing through zero to recover and revert to its blocking state to avoid the over-voltage hazard induced by the snapping to zero of the current. Throughout working hours, voltage and current are sine waves, even at “ON/OFF” moments, without inducing noise and abnormal electrical equipment vibration; BSPS’s life is prolonged as well.
·Its control terminals and power terminals are isolated by optoisolator. Tested by Fujian Provincial Central Inspection Institute, our products’ interference rejection is up to 4th degree (IEC61000-4-4:1995); they can be applied to any severe industrial environment.
·Surge voltage protecting circuit is included in the module. Tested by Fujian Provincial Central Inspection Institute, our products are capable of 4KV浪涌transient线电压 transient voltage line (IEC61000-4-5:1995).
·BSPS is a universal electrical power switch, which can be applied with even a single MCU. It can be building up like building blocks to from all kinds of electrical controllers.
3. Application information
Replacement for E.M. contactor: As contactless switch, there is no spark and arc, so it is suitable for places of high flammability and explosibility. As errorless switch, it provides frequent, rapid and precise switching to control electrical equipment. Errorless working hours can be prolonged 10~100 times; there is hardly any maintenance needed and the price is only 2.5 times higher than it of contactor. The interference induced by surge over-voltage of “on/off” is greatly reduced.
Connecting with bus of MCU, PLC and IPC to from intelligent electronic power drive, it can be applied to drive all kinds of electrical equipments directly; switch on/off power components (resistance, capacitor and inductance); condition running factors (temperature, humidity, pressure, load, current, voltage and power factor) etc.

4. Application skill
·Several BSPS can be connected with bus of single a MCU (or PLC, IPC) to form an intelligent power drive. For example, AT89C52 (MCU) has tens of output ports; so tens of BSPS can be connected. If there is not enough output ports, extension is feasible. The connected BSPS can be dismounted for the other uses. With the support of software, computer can execute function flexibly; a computer can control all of the solid-state switches connected with its bus to drive electrical equipments intelligently.
·Rotative conduction: For example, some load current up to 720A can be conducted by the rotative conduction of two BSPS(360A) without dividing current ,calculated according to the heat curve.
·Disperse distribution: BSPS should be mounted on the heat dissipation panel dispersedly. On such condition, natural heat dissipation is enough. Without heat fans and over-heat protection circuit, space is saved and reliability is promoted.
·We also provide relative 《AT89C52 Control Module》 and 《Anti-Interference Voltage Regulator for MCU》.
5. Amounting points
·Module’s base plate is expensive and delicate, the contact surface on the heat sinking must be smooth, glabrous and clean; if there is burr or sand on the mounting surface, the base plate can be punctured and the module will be penetrated by the electricity. Before fastening the screw, heat conductive shim provided by our company should be added.
·When the current is beyond the limit, over-current protection circuit will block trigger signal. But SCR will not change from conduction to blocking state immediately; it keeps the state of conduction until the current fall into zero; so the protection is lacking, Speed high fuse is needed to avoid the damage induced by the over-load or short circuit.
·The wire connected with power terminals should be (1.0~2.8)*14 flat copper wire, the diameter of the hole is Φ5.5. Specified torque exerted on the screw (M5, power terminal) should be 2.5-4.0/22-35Nm/1b.in. Suggestion: Paste some 《electric contact paste》 provided by our company at the joint screw, it can increase the contacting area greatly and prevent over heat. ·

7. Specification and Parameters
Normal voltage of the circuit 380/400VAC ; maximum supply voltage 450 VAC; surge voltage protection circuit will function if limit is exceeded; maximum clamping voltage is less than 1240V. The isolating voltage between inside circuits and base plate is more than 3600VAC. Detailed data and figure of all specification were shown in the <>. Special specification (>360A) can be ordered.

Technical Data Description:
DC voltage on the control terminal should less than the maximum value. Permitted current ranges from 5mA to 50mA. It is recommended to be 5-10mA. Suggestion: Under the typical control voltage, the current value is shown in following list.
There are three kinds of control voltage to meet with various controllers:

Irms, specified virtual value of current, should be chosen according to the I2t curve. In general, taking fluctuating into account, Irms should be at least three times of the load’s specified current; it can be two times if the load is pure resistance. In addition, starting up current should also been taken into account. Module will be burn if both specified current and speed high fuse are wrong.
In an AC circuit, there is current flown through the RC over-voltage protection circuit inside the module. This current is not the off-state current of the SCR. In a DC circuit, there is no current flown through RC circuit; module’s off-state current is the off-state current of the SCR, it’s less than 4mA.
